Our weighted bags are available in 4 different sizes from 10kg to 25kg to suit beginners to advanced users. We choose to use a thick industrial grade PVC casing with super heavy duty nylon handles that are attached to heavy nylon straps that surround the bag. Each of our power bags are the same dimensions to keep the look and feel the same during use. The only way, other than picking it up, that you can tell the bags apart is by the colour coding that identifies each weight. Our power bags are perfect for all types of training whether it be endurance or power based workouts. Try any of a number of exercises from mimicking conventional weight movements to carries and dynamic drills.
