The Masterkraft Exercise Mat is made from high quality, non-slip 15mm EVA foam that is designed to provide excellent cushion and support from the hard floor underneath. The textured finish on this gym mat gives the right amount of grip for stretches and more dynamic exercises. We have added two extra strong eyelets to the mat which measure 49.5cm apart (center to center) allowing this to be hung and stored away neatly on the Masterkraft Wall Mounted Hanging Rack. The EVA Exercise Mat is ideal for commercial use for all types of applications such as stretching, yoga, push ups, warm ups, sit ups and all other functional training ground based exercises.
