Pulling stations are the half of the floor that gets planned last and used constantly. The range here covers the vertical pull — lat pulldown and its iso-lateral equivalents — and the horizontal pull, from seated cable rows to plate-loaded high and low row frames.
Iso-lateral frames matter more here than anywhere else on the floor. Pulling is where a strength imbalance shows first, and independent arms let a member work each side without the stronger one carrying the movement.
If you are replacing a single row station, tell us what it sits between. Back machines have long approach paths and the mistake to avoid is a frame that cannot be loaded because the one beside it is in the way.
