One order. Every member gym.
Every quarter we open a buy window. Members add what they need, the window closes, and we place one pooled order at network volume. The price that comes back is the price you pay.

Order value is the product total of one order, ex GST. Example: branding five sizes of bumper plates is $625 once. Across 40 plates that's $15.63 a plate, $7.81 on an order over $20,000, and nothing over $50,000.

Four windows a year.
Orders close at 11:59 pm Melbourne time on the 15th of February, May, August and November. Plan your floor around the date that suits you.

Delivery is 6–8 weeks from the close date. The founding round is timed so new gear lands for the January rush.
Why it works
The chains don't pay more. Neither should you.
Franchise networks get their price from volume. Indie Iron gives independents that same volume, without giving up your name over the door.

Does it cost anything to join?
No. Membership is free. You pay only for what you order in a window.
Do I have to order every quarter?
No. Order in the windows that suit you and skip the rest. There's no lock-in.
Is there a minimum order?
Your order is pooled with every other member's, so the volume comes from the group, not from you. Branded items have a small per-logo minimum, and we'll confirm it on your quote.
How does branding work?
Send us your logo as a vector file. We send a proof for each item. Nothing goes into production until you approve it.
When do I pay?
A deposit when the window closes and the balance before dispatch. Your quote shows the exact amounts.
Who is behind Indie Iron?
MasterKraft, a commercial gym equipment supplier working with large franchise networks and independent gym owners alike. Indie Iron is how independents get network buying power.
What if I miss a window?
Your order rolls into the next one. You can also buy outside the group at normal pricing any time.
Can I add other equipment?
The group buy covers the five free-weight lines. For racks, rigs, flooring or a full fit-out, ask and we'll quote it separately.
