Returns Policy

What is Masterkraft's return Policy?

We design our gym and fitness products to help you perform at your best so if you are not happy, we have you covered. Our Returns Policy has been determined to make this process as easy as possible.

Please note that the benefits provided by our Returns Policy are in addition to other rights you may have as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • You may return or exchange an unused item in new condition within 14 days of delivery.
  • All items must include the original packaging.
  • Items that are used or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange.
  • Items returned that are incomplete or missing parts may be denied a refund or exchange.
  • Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • All customers outside of Australia will be responsible for shipping both ways.
  • All Final Sale items cannot be returned.
  • Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.
  • In most cases your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
  • Original shipping charges incurred on your purchase aren’t refundable as part of your return or exchange.

Change of Mind Purchase

If you change your mind about a product you have purchased, we can offer a store credit however please note the following conditions:

  • All returned products must be unused.
  • All products must be in their original packaging.
  • A return form must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • All freight costs are at the expense of the customer.
  • There are no returns or exchanges on sale items for change of mind purchases. All sales are final.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies for all change of mind returns

Please do not send a product for return unless it has been approved by our team.

You will receive an email notification when this stage of the return has been completed and the total credit value will be added to your online account. Any credit is valid for 12 months and can be used in part or as a whole against your next purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If you receive a product that has been damaged in transit by our carrier or has a manufacturing fault, MasterKraft will cover the cost to return the product and offer an exchange.

If you receive a product that is wrongly described, MasterKraft will cover the cost to return the product and offer a full refund.

For products that are wrongly described, a refund can be processed only after our team have approved the return, and the product has been received by our team.

How to Return Goods?

Please do not send a return unless it has been approved by our team.

Please email admin@masterkraft.com with your return request and your Return Form completed. This Return Form must be included with your goods so that we can process any return promptly.

Once your return request has been approved, we will email you with the return address and any further instructions. MasterKraft reserves the right to inspect all items before accepting the return. Please allow 5-7 days for your return to be processed.

Please note we do not take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit by a carrier you choose and arrange to return your goods.

To return or exchange an item at our warehouse please contact us to organise a suitable day and time. Please note that our staff must be notified beforehand to ensure stock availability and to avoid any disappointment. If the item is not in stock, a credit note will be issued.
