How much does a gym fitout cost?
It depends on the floor area and the spec, which is why the brief asks for a budget band rather than a figure. As a guide, a PT studio or home setup usually lands under $50k, a boutique studio between $50k and $150k, and a full commercial floor above that. You get an indicative price with your concept, before any commitment.
Is the 3D design really free?
Yes. There is no charge and no deposit for the concept and the indicative price. We do it because a fitout is a considered purchase and a layout you can see is the fastest way to know whether we are the right partner.
How long does a fitout take?
Typically eight to fourteen weeks from an approved design to an installed floor, depending on how much is custom-branded and where you are. We stage delivery to your build schedule, so a construction delay does not leave equipment sitting in a car park.
Do you take on small projects?
Yes - home gyms and single-zone upgrades go through the same brief as a multi-site group. A small fitout done properly is how a lot of our commercial relationships started.
What if I do not have a floor plan?
Not a problem. A smartphone photo of a hand-drawn sketch with the wall lengths on it is genuinely enough to produce a first concept, and we confirm everything at site measure.
Do you deliver outside Australia?
Yes. We are warehoused near our markets and have delivered fitouts across 12 countries, including Singapore and New Zealand. Give us your postcode or city in the brief and we cost freight and installation to your site.
Can you match our existing equipment and branding?
Usually, yes. Our engineers customise equipment and finishes in-house, so a new site can be specified to match the floors you already run and produced in your brand colours.
