Weight Benches

Benches are the highest-turnover item on any strength floor and the one most often bought too light. A commercial bench is judged on frame rigidity under a loaded lifter, on pad density that survives daily use, and on whether it can be dragged across a floor several times a day without loosening.

The range covers fixed flat, incline and decline benches as well as adjustable and utility frames for clubs that need one bench to do several jobs. Fixed benches are steadier and cheaper per station; adjustable benches buy flexibility where space is short.

Benches are usually ordered alongside racks. If you are fitting both, order them together so the bench height and the rack's J-hook range are matched rather than discovered.
