Lower body stations carry the heaviest loads in the building and take the most abuse, which is why the frames here are built around commercial-duty bearings and guide systems rather than scaled-up home equipment.
The range runs from the compound stations a strength floor is planned around — leg press, hack squat, the squat-lunge frames — through to the isolation work that fills out a circuit: extension, seated and lying curl, abduction and adduction. Hip thrust appears in both a plate-loaded and a selectorised version, which are different machines rather than two names for one.
Lower body equipment is also the heaviest to install. Delivery and placement are quoted with the equipment, not after it.
