The dead ball is as the name suggests a dead weight. Therefore it differs from the more traditional medicine balls which bounce. Great for performing power movements and designed to withstand being slammed to the ground. The balls are filled with iron sand which provides an unstable weight which is great for balance and proprioceptive training. With a heavy duty outer rubber casing the dead ball is made to be dropped, thrown, slammed and take a beating!
