Eight coloured bumpers with 2.5kg change plates included, 145kg in total. The bumpers carry the load; the change plates make the small increases possible.
Without change plates a platform jumps in 5kg steps at minimum, which is too coarse for a lifter working near a limit. This set is the one that solves both problems at once.
