There are many factors that go towards making a hard wearing Bumper Plate which all stems from how committed the supplier is to giving you a quality product. At Masterkraft we choose to have our olympic bumper plates made from only pure virgin rubber which ensures that there are no nasty impurities that can cause weakness to the plate itself. Poor quality rubber equals failure during dumps and we don't want that happening. All of our Masterkraft Elite Bumper Plates have a weight tolerance of no more than +/- 1% which guarantees that the weight shown on the side of the colour coded plate is in fact what you are lifting. So when you brag to your mates you can do so with confidence. The stainless steel inserts in the centre of each plate only assist further in maintaining the structural integrity. Every bumper plate is steel reinforced with extremely low flex.
